5M Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing company serving Alvin, Texas and surrounding communities. All work is performed by licensed plumbers. Our services include residential and commercial plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency service.

2. Requesting Service

Submitting a form, chat message, or phone call requesting service is a request only — it does not create a binding appointment until we confirm it with you. Quotes and estimates provided before an on-site inspection are approximate. Final pricing is confirmed after a licensed plumber has assessed the work.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from 5M Plumbing, you agree to the following terms.

Program description

5M Plumbing sends text messages related to your service with us, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, quotes, service follow-ups, invoices and payment notices, and — if you have separately opted in — occasional promotional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders.

How to opt in

Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are provided by the manufacturer, not by 5M Plumbing. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or work performed by others.

6. Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the slot to another neighbor who needs it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, 5M Plumbing's liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
